Friday - May 30th 5:00 pm	Gates Open \| San Jacinto Mall - Baytown, Texas Located on Garth Road at I-10 East. A celebration of the 4th Annual Creole Heritage Zydeco & Crawfish Festival will take place. One Large stage & Dance Floor along with Creole food like Gumbo, Boudin and Etouffe.
	Adult Admission: $10 \| Kids Admission: $3 \| Parking: Free
6:00 pm - Midnight	LIVE ZYDECO \| Main Stage The Biggest Names & the Hottest Bands [Line-up]

Saturday - May 31st 10:00 am	Gates Open \| San Jacinto Mall - Baytown, Texas Located on Garth Road at I-10 East. A celebration of the 4th Annual Creole Heritage Zydeco & Crawfish Festival will take place. One Large stage & Dance Floor along with Creole food like Gumbo, Boudin and Etouffe.

11:30 am - 12:30 pm	ZYDECO LESSONS \| MONA "ZYDECO QUEEN" WILSON� Mona will have you dancing like a pro in just a little while. Learn to two step and Zydeco shuffle.
11:00 am - Midnight	FOOD COURT \| Crawfish Anyone? After dancing you just might be little hungry! Food, Food and more Food will satisfy any appetite. Vendors feature some of the best food around will keep you fueled for more dancing.
12:30 pm - Midnight	LIVE ZYDECO \| Main Stage The Biggest Names & the Hottest Bands [Line-up]
