Vendor Information

 Rate Includes

Either 10x10 or 10x20 Booth Space (see vendor application for pricing)

4 Vendor Badges for 10x10 / 6 Vendor Badges for 10x20 booths**Vendors can purchase additional badges during check-in if necessary.  Vendor badges may not be picked-up prior to the date of check-in for the event. 

Vendors must provide their own tents, tables and chairs.

 

Sub-Lease  

There will be NO subleasing of booth space.  Unsigned applications cannot be approved.

 

Parking

Parking is reserved with booth payment.

 

Electricity / Propane

Limited Electrical Outlets are available for $50. Please indicate on your Registration Form if Electrical Outlets are needed. (Cords Not Provided).  If you have appliances that are heavy users of electricity  (i.e. Crockpot's, Rice Cookers or 220 plugs) you must provide your own generators. You  Must provide your own Propane.  Please indicate on your Registration Form if you will be using propane. "$50 fee covers inspection cost only".

 

Set Up

•Friday, April 9, 2010 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm - (NO EXCEPTIONS)

•Saturday, April 10, 2010 from 7:00 am to 9:00 am -  (NO EXCEPTIONS)

 

Note:  ALL exhibitors must be completely set-up no later than 1 hours prior to show opening and all isles must be cleared. There will be absolutely no setting-up after the show starts.  Security provided on site throughout the duration of this event.

 

Breakdown Times

Vendors can leave the Festival grounds:

•Friday, April 9, 2010 and Saturday, April 10, 2010 - after 10:00 pm

Anything left on premises at end of event, Saturday night, will be discarded. **Note:  The Creole Heritage Zydeco & Crawfish Festival is NOT responsible for Set-up and/or the breakdown of your booth.

 

Liability

The Festival and staff personnel assumes no liability for any personal loss or injury to booth staff or guest.

The Festival does not and can not guarantee attendance or profit levels at the site.

No vendors are allowed to sell any items with the The Broussard Endowment name or the 6th Annual Creole Heritage Zydeco & Crawfish logo without the written approval from The Broussard Endowment / Creole Heritage Zydeco & Crawfish committee.

Payments

All final payments must be received within 10 days prior to the Creole Heritage Zydeco & Crawfish Festival. This policy also applies to vendors who make deposits prior to 2 weeks prior to the event. No Refunds will be given!  All participants are responsible for collecting and paying their own sales taxes.

Forms of Payment

Acceptable forms of payment include: cash, personal check, cashiers checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. No personal checks will be accepted 1 week prior to the event.

Refund Policy

All booth purchases including deposits are final, non-transferable and non-refundable, late registration prices go into effect March 26, 2010.  No rain dates and no refunds in the event of rain. An alternative location may be used in the event of rain.
